Delete your FindStay account

Option 1: In the FindStay app

1. Open the FindStay app and log in.
2. Go to Profile → Account Settings.
3. Scroll to "Delete Account" and tap "Delete My Account".
4. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are logged out.

Option 2: By email

Email support@findstay.in from your registered email, or include your registered mobile number, with the subject "Delete my FindStay account". We will verify the request and delete your account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your name, mobile number, email address and password.
• Tenants: your wishlist and cart are deleted, open accommodation requests are cancelled, and your contact details are removed from past requests. Any remaining wallet balance and credits are forfeited.
• Owners: all your property listings are taken down and your contact details are removed from them.

What we keep

Payment and transaction records (amounts, dates and transaction IDs) are kept without your name or contact details, for as long as tax and accounting laws require. See our Privacy Policy for details.
